Call to Action! Capstan! - Thursday, October 15, 2009
Happy Autumn!
This change in weather here on the east coast is reminiscent of those cold autumn mornings on the formation blocks drilling over and over trying to teach the cadets who were recently inducted from being trivial plebes how to do the simple things like right turn and left turn and assuming they were able to stay in step... ah the memories!
I was just going over some documents I have and realized there is an enormous gap in my Capstans! Which made me think, hey why not go ahead and scan ALL the Capstans and put them online. Erik Weber and I had discussed a similar project a while back and he did some awesome groundwork getting some older and the last few together but now I want to fill in the gaps!
So please, if you would be so kind, send in your old Capstan issues! Anything you have (so long as it is not already listed in the History tab) would be much appreciated and help to fill in the the historical section of the site!
